So something life cool happened recently. My one and only sibling, my older brother Eric, got married to a hilarious, beautiful artist/graphic designer, Amanda. On this oh jubilant of occasions, I decided to bring some favors of my own creation for these two children of the earth.
My dad insisted on a rehearsal dinner. So off to a local brew house they chose in Healdsburg, CA we went. He enlisted my help, wanting a cool party favor for the group.
I thought succulents would be cool idea. THIS IS THEIR STORY:

Our couple to be is super into the outdoors. I wanted something earthy, rustic but personal so it could become an actual keepsake. I ordered the succulents here and the silver, metal buckets here. These made a personal but affordable favor, averaging out to $2.27 per favor at a quantity of 24 (including shipping and tax). Note: this is a small quantity so the price would decrease per favor for larger orders.
I decided to fashion some cute tags for a sentimental touch. “Let love grow wild. Amanda <3 Eric. 12/5/15. You can download the template I created here: Succulent Tags. I used this cool, patterned paper pack from Target, some fancy line scissors, rubber cement and twine.
Here they are, all 24 in their glory.
As they wanted a relaxed, low key dinner, my dad’s creative girlfriend used a burlap table runner and decorations. The table looked adorably rustic.
They went with the wedding flowers and nature-inspired motif so they made some additional appearances.

And now they live so serene and chic on my desk.
